When Deletion Becomes Permanent

What happens once the grace period ends

60 days after you close your account, it's permanently deleted:

Your name and email are deleted.
Your membership in every organization is removed.
Any organization you were the only owner of is deleted.
- Everything in those organizations goes with them - schedules, locations, and billing records.
Your passkeys are deleted.
The links to your Google and Microsoft accounts, if you connected them, are removed.
Everything else stored just for you is deleted, like your notifications, time off requests and AI Assistant conversations.
Billing details for any deleted organizations are removed from Stripe, our payment processor.
Your usage analytics are deleted.
