Import from Square
You can import your locations, jobs, and team members from Square to get your organization set up quickly.
Square Import Error
If something goes wrong during the Square import, you will see an error page with a link back to the dashboard.

Draft a Schedule with Square Sales Data
Once your organization is connected to Square, ScheduleLord uses your sales history to show estimated revenue per hour on the plan calendar. Use this to schedule more staff during your busiest hours.
Resync Square Link
When a Square team member is linked to the wrong ScheduleLord account, an org owner (or a manager explicitly granted the SquareSync permission) can resync from Square to re-associate it correctly.
Square Re-authentication
When the Square OAuth token expires, org owners are notified and can re-authenticate to restore the Square connection. Re-authenticating also re-imports your Square data — any locations added since the last import are picked up automatically and your billing is updated to reflect the new location count.
Square Sync Permission
Resyncing a Square team member link requires the SquareSync permission. Org owners have it by default; managers must be granted it explicitly through the [Roles settings](/docs/test2doc-roles-permissions/test2doc-edit-role#how-to-edit-a-role).
