Importing from Square

How to create an organization from your Square account​

Start on your dashboard. There's a button to import from Square. screenshot The button takes you to Square, where you sign in and allow ScheduleLord to connect to your account. After authorizing in Square, a loading page is shown while your data is imported. Once the import is complete, you are redirected to your new organization. We import the following data from your Square account:

  • Locations
    • Location details including phone, email, website, timezone, and hours are imported.
  • Jobs

  • Team Members

A team member who already has a ScheduleLord account isn't added right away. They're invited and marked Pending until they accept, and they keep their ScheduleLord name. A team member without an account is emailed an invitation to register. See Pending Invites.

screenshot After import, the plan schedule page shows an estimated revenue column for each hour so managers can make informed staffing decisions.
